E-notifications: just to notify superiors by Outlook emails about certain transactions satisfying rules defined by the administrator in the Insurance-rules-engine.

E-Rules: the administrator can define rules in the insurance rules engine to verify certain requirements/ validations before saving the transactions to the database.
