The Jordanian Bar Association has announced a strategic partnership with TechnoSys to deliver a comprehensive digital transformation of the healthcare and operational ecosystem of the Association’s Self-Managed Health Insurance Fund, transitioning its services to a fully integrated digital platform.

The agreement was signed at the Association’s headquarters by Mr. Yahya Abu Abboud, President of the Jordanian Bar Association and Chairman of the Health Insurance Fund Management Committee, and Eng. Ibrahim Qasmieh, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of TechnoSys.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Abu Abboud stated that the automation of the Health Insurance Fund forms part of the Association Council’s broader vision to modernize and enhance member services. He emphasized that selecting a specialized technology partner will ensure the highest standards of transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness in meeting the medical needs of lawyers and their families, while reinforcing the Association’s longstanding reputation and institutional legacy. He added that the project will strengthen governance, improve oversight, elevate the quality of healthcare services, and introduce convenient smart mobile applications for beneficiaries.

For his part, Eng. Ibrahim Qasmieh noted that the Jordanian Bar Association’s selection of TechnoSys reflects the company’s commitment to its core philosophy: “Experts Only in Comprehensive Smart Insurance Software.” He added that the partnership will leverage artificial intelligence technologies to enable intelligent medical claims management, enhance operational performance, and support more effective decision-making.

Under the agreement, the Health Insurance Fund will implement a fully integrated software suite that provides members and their families with direct self-service capabilities through the AIMS Mobile App, enabling seamless access to medical records, treatment approvals, and related services. The next implementation phase will also introduce the AIMS Provider Portal, which will serve as the primary connectivity platform linking the Fund with hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and medical laboratories through real-time electronic data exchange.

From a technical perspective, the new platform incorporates advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, built around the Medical AI Audit framework to enable real-time review and validation of medical approvals, reduce waste, and minimize operational errors. To ensure full interoperability with Jordan’s national digital healthcare infrastructure, the solution will also integrate electronically with the Hakeem national healthcare information system, as well as Jordan’s National e-Invoicing System.
